Oh boy, it's been quite a week. We finally got the air conditioning fixed for the kitchen. Honestly, I didn't think it was that bad because the last place I worked didn't have air conditioning anyway. However, the really old refrigeration units didn't deal with the heat very well at all. The air flowing into the kitchen was 107 deg. F. This was verified by one of those laser thermometers. Not really sure what the ambient temp was, but you can be sure we were sweating quite a bit. Especially with all of the layers we have to wear.
