Had another wonderful evening at work. We had another plated dinner. It was to be for 108 people. By the end of dinner, 131 had showed up. This meant a good bit of extra work in the kitchen. Plated dinners are almost always 3 courses. The only exception being weddings and we don't do wedding cakes. Not only did 23 extra people show up, they didn't even show up on time. They were still arriving 1 1/2 hours after the dinner started.
